Advanced Clustering Technologies welcomes international customers. We are able to conduct business internationally following rules set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, which requires that we ask for details about all international orders. Those details include:

Who are you?
Certain organizations and individuals are subject to trade sanctions, embargoes, and other restrictions under U.S. law. We’re required to ask for some basic information regarding any international order. Who are you? What will the product(s) you’re planning to buy be used for? Will your order be re-exported?

Who are the End Users?
We are required to ask about the end users for the products included in your order. End users who will have remote access with full computational access will be scrutinized more strictly. Submitting complete information on the end user and end use will avoid delays in processing these types of orders. Who are the end users? Where is each end user located? At the present time, we are unable to do business with companies located in, or that re-export to, the following countries: China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan or Syria.

Duties, Fees and Taxes
In order to conduct a business transaction with Advanced Clustering, you must acknowledge and affirm your understanding and acceptance that all duties, import fees and taxes are your responsibility. Your order will be shipped Ex Works, which means that you assume responsibility for all transport costs associated with getting the products to your facility.

RMAs
You further acknowledge that all RMAs will be handled within the continental United States, and that you will be responsible for shipping expenses both ways (outgoing and incoming).

Support
Support from Advanced Clustering Technologies is offered in English during regular business hours, which are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Warranty
We can offer our standard warranties but you will be responsible for any shipping costs related to warranty.
