Due to increased demand, Advanced Clustering is now offering Managed HPC Services for those customers who want to focus on other responsibilities.

We will monitor your HPC infrastructure with health checks, analysis, security patches, and disaster recovery.

What Our Managed HPC Services Package Includes But is not Limited to:

• Support for end users
• Operating system updates and security patches
• Monitoring the system for any hardware faults or issues that need attention
• Dedicated customer support during business hours 5 days a week
• Application installation and optimization

All cluster administration tasks will be performed by Advanced Clustering. This includes:

• adding users
• changing passwords
• adjusting user disk quotas
• etc.

Application Installation
Advanced Clustering will assist with the installation and configuration of applications and models. The customer will be responsible for the licensing costs of any new commercial applications.

Cluster Maintenance
We manage the setup, configuration, and maintenance of your HPC infrastructure including but not limited to the cluster, storage systems, networking, and specialized hardware such as GPUs.

Software Updates
Advanced Clustering will perform quarterly software upgrades of your cluster’s Linux distribution as required.  

Focus on Performance: We bring focus to the ongoing and time-consuming effort to optimize the specific workloads and applications that exist within your cluster. Our engineers will be tuning hardware, job submission, and configurations for maximum performance.

Remote Monitoring and Support: Advanced Clustering will provide remote support via direct SSH access or VPN as requested.

Security and Compliance: We provide robust security measures in accordance with industry best practices to protect your data.

Troubleshooting and performance tuning: Advanced Clustering will assist you in troubleshooting and solving performance issues of any configurations installed by Advanced Clustering Technologies. Customer must provide Advanced Clustering access to vendor technical support for any commercial codes.

Utilities: Advanced Clustering Technologies will manage standard software utilities. This includes handling upgrades, installing and configuring utilities such as compilers and MPI libraries as requested.
